Thanks for a great first kayaking trip, we will most definitely be back - and next time I'll bring the curds! ;)

I grew up fishing and exploring lake Minnetonka. My dad use to gather everyone together and go BBQ, fish, swim and attend whatever event that was going on there at Excelsior Beach. Lake Minnetonka was and still is my favorite of all the twins cities lakes if not even of all the 10,000+ MN lakes. Around 6 years ago my dad fell severely ill, and pasted away last year. I live in FL now but, intend to move back and bring the family back together and give my daughter the opportunity to experience what my dad gave me growing up. And with more to do there now, I am really looking forward to reliving my childhood on a great lake. Or shall I say "Great Waters!"

We are so sorry that summer is over, and we can't sop by for your best ice cream ever. Thanks much for a great summer, and the best ice cream we have ever had...!!!!! We also are so happy that you now have kayaks. You have the most fum place in the Twin Cities to visit. Have a nice winter Tommy and we'll see you first thing in the spring!!!!
